BOOKING CONDITIONS 

 

 

APARTMENT RENTAL PRICE: The price quoted on this website is for 4 persons sharing.

(Saturday to Saturday)  It includes linen, bathroom towels end of stay clean (2.5 hours) water, electricity (40 Euros per week) use of grounds, and swimming pools.

This is a self catering apartment.

Rentals 4 weeks or more or discounted prices will have separate terms and conditions applied.

 

BOOKING: The price quoted for your stay is for the use only of the apartment, by the persons listed on your booking form and agreed at the time of booking. If this condition is breached you may be asked to leave the property and any days owing refunded minus any linen and cleaning costs.

 

CHECK IN/OUT: The check in time is 4pm and check out on the day of departure is 10am. Where possible we can arrange early arrivals or late departures for a charge of 30 

A charge of 30 will be made if the cleaners cannot get access (ie you are still at the apartment) after the agreed or stipulated departure time.

 

FULL PAYMENT: Final payment is to be received 6 weeks before your holiday commences.

Any bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday must be paid in full. To be paid for by UK

sterling cheque or bank transfer.

No keys will be released until full payment is received.

If payments are not received within in the specified time the apartment may be re-let

 

SECURITY/KEY DEPOSIT: A refundable security and key deposit is required to be paid with your final payment

UNDERGROUND secure GARAGE RENTAL 35 per week

(a fee of 50 is  charged for loss or damage for the garage entry fob)

 

The security deposit will be returned to you once the apartment has been checked by our management agents and found to be in good order and the keys returned and the electricity consumption has been checked. This can take up to a maximum of 7 days.

50 is charged per lost key, any expense incurred to gain entry to the apartment is to be paid

by the client.

More then 2.5 hours  cleaning is charged at 20 per hour.

You are expected to leave the apartment in a good state, all appliances clean, all dishes clean

and put away, all rubbish removed.

Our English agents are likely to make a charge for callouts not related to the apartment

maintenance or for unnecessary call outs

 

GENERAL

We cannot be held responsible for any breakdown in  TV/Satellite services caused by third parties or to works by third parties outside of the apartment.

Our English agents may make a charge from your deposit for callouts not related to the apartment maintenance.

Appliances are regularly serviced and checked by our agent, Always contact us for advice/help.

While staying at the property it is your responsibility to ensure the apartment and its contents are safe by making sure all external doors are kept locked when not in use.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure you have full holiday insurance cover,

that both covers for health and cancellation/delays

.

BOOKING ADVICE

We ask that all bookings are made in writing by email, however If for any reason you feel uneasy about booking or paying direct we advise you to give us a call before sending any monies.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have to cancel your booking it will be subject to the following scale of charges in line

with major travel companies. We endeavour to re-let your booking entire at the full price and return monies

received minus the 75 admin charge.
