RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RENTAL PRICE: The price quoted is for one weeks booking.

It includes water, electricity (see below), use of grounds, swimming pool (in season) and parking

The house must be left clean/tidy for the next guests.

Out of season prices: those marked with a * are for  couples. A charge of £65 is made for  each extra person.per week

For long term lets special conditions apply

BOOKING: The price quoted for your stay is for the use only of the house, grounds and pool by the persons listed on your booking form and agreed at the time of booking.

STAY TAX:  This local tax is calculated on the number in party and nights of stay and payable with final payments

ELECRICITY: This is included in all high season rentals. For other weeks the first 60 euros of usage is included (this covers normal use of hot water and  heating) any extra costs will be billed.

DEPOSIT: A deposit payment of £200 per week is required to secure your booking. To be paid by sterling cheque or bank transfer and to be received within 72 hours.

FULL PAYMENT: Final payment is to be received 6 weeks before your holiday commences.

Any bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday must be paid in full. To be paid for by bank transfer.

No keys will be released until full payment is received.

BANK TRANSFERS: Payments to be made by bank transfer,  any charges are to be born by the client. Apart from same day transfers this should only apply to transfers from outside the UK. Please check with your bank.

SECURITY/KEY DEPOSIT: A refundable security and key deposit of £200 per week is required to be paid with your final payment.

This will be returned to you once the house has been checked by our  housekeeper and found in good order, with no damage, clean and the keys have been received by us. Cleaning pre booked at £18 per hour. Any cleaning required that is not pre - booked is will be charged at £20 per hour.

£50 is charged per lost key or set of keys, any expense incurred to gain entry to the  house are to be paid by the client.

It is your responsibility to report any damage or problems with the house  during your stay so they can be rectified for the next guests

Our friendly English management agent is available to sort out anything you need regarding the house however if you call then out for help not directly related to the house, or deemed unnecessary, it may generate a charge by them for their time.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES

Arrival time is 4pm, departure time is 10.30am.

If the housekeeper cannot have access to the house by 10.30am latest a £20 charge is levied unless a prior arrangement is made. This will be deducted from your deposit.

CANCELLATIONS:  If you have to cancel your booking it will be subject to the scale of charges set out below. We will endeavour to re-let your booking (to suitable clients) and return to you any monies received, minus the £50 administration  charge.

We strongly recommend you have travel insurance covering cancellations

If you have booked using an agent or rental company not directly with us their cancellation conditions will apply

Please note this is a strictly no smoking house. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to inform all the members of their party of this.
