Year-round, Périgueux's tourist office offers organized walking tours of the city, each lasting around 2 hours. They are a worthwhile means of exploring the historical and architectural nuances of Périgueux. The cost is 5€ ($6.50) for adults, 3.80€ ($4.95) for students, and free for children under 12. TOUR TIMES Between mid-September and mid-June, tours run Monday to Saturday at 2:30pm During high season, from mid-June to mid-September, tours are given every Monday to Saturday Gallo-Roman tours 10:30am medieval tours 2:30 and 4pm Sunday tour at 3pm, covering whatever venues that are most demanded by the participants.
