EXCELLENT
HOLIDAY APARTMENT
We would like to
thank Caroline & William for the use of their fantastic
apartment and for all the information they supplied to
ensure we had a lovely holiday. We were very happy with the
apartment which was extremely well appointed and spacious
and had everything we could possibly need for our family.
The photos on the website do not do it real justice. The
apartment is in a lovely quiet location on the complex right
by the pool, which we had to ourselves for most of the time,
also not far from restaurants and beaches. We had a handy
parking space outside which it looks like lots of other
apartments do not have. The close-by supermarket was very
good as was the tapas bar and cafe. We would highly
recommend this apartment and will return for sure. The S

QUITE FABULOUS
Since I
discovered Puerto Banus thirteen years ago, I have stayed at
two or three locations. However, the fabulous flat owned by
William and Caroline is without doubt the very best I have
ever rented and exceeded all expectations. Spacious,
extremely well appointed and with cooling marble floors, it
is absolutely perfect, being set amidst the most wonderful
and well tended gardens full of colourful plants, bushes and
tropical trees. It’s a total joy, for instance, to watch
swallows ducking and diving in the morning and evening, and
similarly watch the lovely cats who live opposite basking in
the sun or sleeping in a shady spot. I have absolutely no
hesitation whatsoever in recommending William and Caroline’s
apartment as the ideal holiday location, especially as it is
only moments from a well looked after and generally very
quiet swimming pool. The supermarket within this smart,
beautifully planned and excellently maintained complex is
also within easy walking distance and is well stocked. My
only great sadness is that I had to return after two weeks
from this wonderful, wonderful location! Tony O, London.

FIRST CLASS
HOLIDAY APARTMENT
Just returned from a week in this lovely apartment. This was
the first time my family had rented a privately owned
apartment advertised on the Internet but William and
Caroline ensured the entire process was stress free from
start to finish and always replied promptly to any queries
via text or email. We took advantage of Caroline's offer to
book a local taxi to travel from the airport and can
recommend the service, especially in the high season when
public transport is very busy. The driver assisted with our
luggage at the airport and escorted us right to the front
door of the apartment. The property was spotlessly clean and
furnished to a very high standard and the large verandah was
a lovely spot to relax. We took advantage of the wifi and
the satellite TV service allowed us to keep up with the
action at the Olympics. The gated community was surprisingly
quiet midweek despite being the middle of August and it was
mainly Spanish families to be found relaxing by the pool
over the weekend. The complex itself is maintained to a very
high standard and gardeners were working on site every day.
Security staff patrol the complex but are very discrete and
always willing to assist with advice on local amenities. We
used both the onsite supermarket and cafe and would
recommend both. The local taxis into town were good and the
local bus service very handy with a bus stop at the complex.
In summary, an excellent and friendly service from Caroline
and William. I will definately rent one of their properties
again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

What can I say? It was an absolutely amazing holiday. The
apartment was just perfect. It is situated, I guess...in a
very much sought after location in Puerto Banus, but it is
also very reasonably priced for the time of year we visited.
The apartment is situated amongst the local residents and
that made it all the more perfect. Because of the time of
year, my family (with two little girls of 6 and 3 & 1/2, had
the most wonderful time...enjoying the pool at our
leisure...very peacefully. The booking was
excellent...lovely communication between the Owners of Las
Naranjos. This was our first holiday abroad with our
children & it surpassed our expectations. The apartment was
extremely spacious & very clean upon arrival. Two Bathrooms
enhanced the visit for my little girls!!! The main bedroom
was very well equipped with lots of storage and a safe. In
the early evening my girls watched the local cat from the
balcony, wander about the vicinity and it was a joy; As was
the very friendly Spanish miniature snow husky across the
road from us...who always used to be there poking her/his
nose through the balcony. In all, my eldest daughter and I
decided we wanted to live here!!! Thank-you to Caroline &
William for the rent of your fantastic apartment. John would
like to try your other apartment in Los Naranjos too, early
next year...but to be honest...I would be extremely happy to
stay here again.I have recommended it to many of my
friends...Wonderful...as I said at the beginning...What can I say?

and very clean with a fantastic position and very child
friendly.

We had a great holiday in
Puerto Banus and the apartment and the complex were just what
we wanted. It was beautifully clean, very well equipped and
furnished and very safe for our 18month grandchild. The cot
and highchair were also of very good quality.
Thank you also for all the
excellent communication and all the useful information you
provided. It made all the difference to the smooth
organisation of what was a most enjoyable holiday.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT PUERTO
BANUS
My husband , two boys and myself stayed in this apartment
for ten days in August 2011 and would thoroughly recommend
it to fellow travellers. The apartment was beautifully
presented in immaculate condition complete with all mod cons
to ensure every comfort was available to us to enhance our
holiday experience. We had been provided with very concise
arrival details complete with maps and full directions to
easily locate our apartment. The complex itself is very well
maintained with lovely swimming pool area which was never
too busy. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms,
fitted kitchen, large lounge and balcony, all beautifully
decorated and fitted out to a very high standard.It has Tv
DVd, Sky and wifi access. It is within a 20 minute walk to
the centre of Puerto Banus, a 5 min taxi ride either. There
are restuarants well worth visiting in the area as well as a
huge range in the marina and centre of town. I would
strongly recommend this apartment to family and friends,
where a relaxed modern clean apartment is required within
easy reach of the busy resort.

What a WONDERFUL apartment! It exceeded expectation on every
level. Myself and my two friends (all 28 year old women)
opted to stay at a private let, after the hotel prices were
working out nearly double, and we generally like to go for
4-5* places. We selected this apartment based on the
photo’s, price and location. Prior to getting to the
apartment, the email communication, directions from Malaga
and helpful information on the local area was fantastic, for
3 first timers to Spain. We EASILY got to the apartment from
the airport bus to the bus station, and then a cab straight
to Las Naranjas for about 8Euros each. When we got into the
apartment, we were so pleasantly surprised. It was so
spacious and clean, the pictures (although good) do not do
the place justice. We were even more impressed with the
range of items on offer to us, a video with videos, DVD
player with a full range of films, books, a manual full of
information (like bus schedule, taxi numbers etc), Sky TV
and a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool area is
beautiful and so clean...and empty throughout our stay in
September...and its about a 10 second walk. As 3 young girls
we clearly wanted to sample the nightlife, so a 25 (max)
minute walk gets you to the centre of Puerto Banus.. which
is full of every cuisine and really cool bars. To conclude,
my friends and i loved this place, it has everything from
location/accessibility to all the amenities you could
want..the supermarket is also very large and has everything
you could need for a great night in. The whole experience
has been great and this is the first time i have ever stayed
in a holiday let and also written a review. Our leaving
comment was ‘maybe next year we could see what Caroline and
William‘s house in France is like?’

was supurb and very well furnished everything we could have

Well were all back home happy, relaxed and refreshed after a
truely fantastic holiday. The appartment was everything we
could have hoped for and more and the area absolutely
stunning. We had brilliant food, great nights and days out
and met some brilliant people.The transfers all went
amazingly smoothly and shocked the boys, as did the
appartment so it looks like i couldn't have done any better
and certainly much of that success was down to you so thank
you so much. I will highly recommend the appartment to
anyone I can possibly think of.Many thanks again Caroline.

Having enjoyed a
fabulous holiday in the owners stunning French farmhouse
earlier this year we decided to book 2 weeks in their
Spanish apartment and were certainly not disappointed.
Everything was beautifully done with much attention to
detail, there were a lot of things fro kids so we will be
recommending to our family. The location is great, quiet yet
close to excellent amenaties and the weather was lovely and
warm.
We felt very
much at home and will certainly be coming back and would
recommend the apartment to anyone. The owners website was
very helpful and the price really good value.
